Updated Forms from National

Did you know that membership applications can be delayed if they are filled out with older, obsolete versions of forms? The new forms have updated language and are necessary in order for an application to be processed.

As of February 2022, the most up-to-date membership form for youth is “524-406 2018 Printing“. The current adult form is “524-501 2020 Printing“.

You can always find the most up-to-date forms on the National BSA website.
